IT Networking
I was born in Singapore, and moved here when I was a child. My parents came to Australia to make a better life for my sisters and I. This upbringing, being raised in two cultures, gave me a great appreciation of the diversity of Australia.
My choice of study at university was Neuroscience, as it was an area that had potential to have the next big breakthroughs in science. This was complemented by a major in Science Communication, which allowed me to demonstrate findings to the wider community.
The IT industry is now reaching new heights in innovation. There are new technologies coming out from it every month, in fields ranging from machine intelligence to cyber security. It's a very exciting time to be involved with the IT industry.
I would like a role that enables me to stay current and knowledgeable with the innovations of the tech industry. Ideally, I would be learning more skills during the course of my work, as well as polishing my current proficiencies.
